I never reach all of my goals for a new year, but I do alright. With all the optimism in the world, I offer my resolutions for 2015:
- Do as many live lit shows as I possibly can this year
- Complete intro roller derby class at Derby Lite
- Do Feminine Comique training
- Volunteer marketing services to at least one nonprofit
- Bike 500 miles by year’s end
- Lose final 9 lbs for a total of 30 since May 2013
- Re-visit ASL skills, even if just via YouTube video practice
- Take an intro ukulele or fiddle class at Old Town School of Folk
- Mull over possible tattoo idea for at least six months
- Have the best Chicago summer ever
- Travel to visit Eileen and Margaret in Massachusetts
- Write for DNAinfo, NewsCastic, and other sites as much as I can
- Make a plan for better savings
- Ring in 2016 from Portland, OR
Are you hinting at a move in 2015?!
🙂
I don’t know when it will actually happen, but as of right now, that big move is a goal I hope I can accomplish this year. Plans are slowly underway but I need to get a lot of things figured out first!
Your ukulele goal is interesting because we saw a lot of people with them in Oregon and Washington. Seems to be a thing out there. You’ll fit right in. 🙂
I know a synagogue non profit that could use some marketing! Haha.
